A: WiFi is available and free for all paying guests on a fair-usage policy - no heavy downloads allowed.

A: We are 2km from Nahoon Beach and Nahoon Point. Beach towels are not provided, should the need arise, beach towels will be made available at a cost.

A: Check-in: 14:00 to 20:00, late arrivals to make prior arrangements. Check-out: 06:00 to 11:00. During the peak season - December 15th, to January 10th - check-out time is 10:00.

A: Free, secure, off-street under-cover parking available on a fast-come first-served basis.

A: Full-English breakfast is included in room-rate except for the Family Room where it is available at R80 per person. Breakfast is served at these times: 07:00 to 09:00 week-days and 08:00 to 10:00 weekends. Dinner is provided on request. Restaurants are within 5km- Wimpy and most fast-foods, Mug-and-Bean, Ocean Basket, Sprouts, Le Petit... at Hemmingways, Vincent and Beacon Crossing.

A: A maximum of one child below 4 years stay free. Additional children and children between 4 years and 12 years pay half an adult rate. Children above 12years are considered adults.

A: Regrettably, no extra beds can be provided.

A: A maximum of two visitors per room are allows up to 10pm. Beyond 10pm, the visitors are considered guests and have to pay for a night’s stay. Visitors and guests who disturb other guests’ stay will be asked to leave.

A: Due to the costs involved in removing stains and replaced damaged/broken room facilities, there will be a surcharge for stained linen, depending on the treatment required to remove the stains. Where the linen stains are not treatable, a full-replacement charge will be levied. The spoiled linen is available to the guest to take with them. Hotel staff therefore checks the rooms with the guest on check-out to avoid any misunderstandings.

A: A clean and sparking swimming pool - children under 16 to be under supervision.

  • A fan in all the rooms. East London weather rarely gets too hot to require an air-conditioner. In winter our rooms are always warm and our quality feather duvets ensure that you sleep tight.

A: Yes, all rooms are serviced daily from 08:00 t0 12:00. For long-stay guests who will be staying in the rooms all day, you will be required to advise when rooms can be serviced to ensure the room is serviced.

A: Credit and Debit Card facilities that accept all major cards. A non-refundable deposit may be taken to confirm a booking.

A: Cancellations are effected via the same way one booked. You can give us courteous call to advise that you wish to cancel the booking but still cancel it officially with the booking agent. Please note that cancellation charges do apply as follows:

A: You can review us on the channel you booked via, on Facebook, Trip Advisor, Google+. If you have a negative review, we value it and please raise it during your stay because we want you to have a good stay, not to wait to post it online. You can still post it online but allow us to rectify anything to give you a comfortable stay.

A: East London has a lot of attractions to give you a memorable stay. Most of the anti-apartheid freedom fighters came from the Eastern Cape making the province a history-rich heritage.
